• What is the current UK/MHRA licensing status of crisaborole and ruxolitinib cream for children, and the exact date the EU extended dupilumab to 6 months (brief says 2023; not verified)?
• What are the long-term (>2 year) safety data for dupilumab and for paediatric baricitinib in under-5s, and does the JAK boxed warning (based on older RA patients) carry any measurable risk in young children?
