• Is hydrogen peroxide 1% cream tolerated (and effective) on impetiginised eczema in toddlers, given the SmPC warns against large wounds and contains salicylic acid/propylene glycol? No trial data found.
• What are current UK rates of fusidic acid and mupirocin resistance in S. aureus from under-5s with eczema (post-NG190, 2021 onward)? UKHSA/ESPAUR surveillance not located this round.
• How often are toddler penicillin-allergy labels accurate, and does delabelling reduce macrolide (clarithromycin) use for infected eczema?
• Does nasal decolonisation (mupirocin/fusidic acid) reduce infected-eczema recurrences in under-5s, and at what resistance cost?
