• Does treating toddler AD early and well (barrier repair, inflammation control) actually reduce later asthma or rhinitis, or is the “atopic march” just co-occurrence?
• Which severity tool (POEM vs SCORAD vs EASI) best tracks home-remedy (Track A) versus prescribed (Track B) outcomes in 1–4-year-olds?
