Conflict: [AAD Pediatric Guideline 2026, Tables V–VI] recommends roflumilast 0.15% cream for children aged 2 years and older. [FDA ZORYVE label, effective 2026-07-20] licenses 0.15% only from age 6, and 0.05% for ages 2–5 (approved 6 Oct 2025), citing 3.2–5.2-fold higher systemic exposure to 0.15% in 2–5-year-olds. Unresolved: possibly a manuscript error, since the cited toddler trial (INTEGUMENT-PED) used 0.05%.

Conflict: [AAD Pediatric Guideline 2026, accepted-manuscript PDF] gives dupilumab as ”(≥ 3 months)” in dosing Table VI, says “19 evidence-based recommendations” and leaves nemolizumab out of its abstract. [Same guideline, Table V; PubMed abstract PMID 41949508, 2026; FDA Dupixent label 2026] give dupilumab from 6 months, 27 recommendations, and include nemolizumab. Partly resolved: the typeset JAAD abstract (2026-10-03) confirms 27 recommendations including nemolizumab. The typeset Table VI (dupilumab “≥3 months”) is behind the paywall and unverified.

Conflict: [AAD Pediatric Guideline 2026] recommends dupilumab for moderate-to-severe AD from 6 months, consistent with the [FDA Dupixent label, 2026]. [EMA Dupixent EPAR, updated 2026-08-18; UK SmPC on emc, revised 17 June 2026] still license it in 6 months–11 years for severe AD only. Unresolved: a regulatory difference, already logged under Dupilumab. Re-confirmed October 2026.
