• Does the typeset JAAD version of the 2026 AAD paediatric guideline correct the roflumilast strength (0.15% vs 0.05% for ages 2–5) and the dupilumab “≥3 months” entry in Table VI?
• Will the FDA approve roflumilast 0.05% cream for infants aged 3–24 months (PDUFA 23 Feb 2027)? Will any of the new non-steroid creams (roflumilast, tapinarof, ruxolitinib for children) be filed with the MHRA or EMA?
• NICE CG57 (last reviewed Sept 2025) still rests mostly on 2007 evidence and does not mention crisaborole, ruxolitinib, roflumilast, tapinarof or dupilumab for under-12s. Is a full update on the NICE prioritisation board’s list?
