honey-acv-sleep — conflicts

Conflict: [Alangari et al., Immun Inflamm Dis 2017] and [Al-Waili 2003, via Park et al. 2026] report that topical honey improves eczema lesions. [Fingleton et al., JRSM Open 2014], the only RCT against an active control cream, found no difference from aqueous cream. Unresolved. (See Manuka Honey.)

Conflict: [NICE CG57] allows a 7–14-day sedating antihistamine trial for children aged 6 months and over with eczema-related sleep loss. [Medsafe Prescriber Update, March 2013] says sedating antihistamines are contraindicated in children under 2 years for all indications. Unresolved for toddlers aged 6–24 months. (See Oral Antihistamines.)
