• How often is the “flare within days of stopping a 2-week steroid course” that parents label TSW actually relapse of under-treated eczema, and would a structured taper or proactive (weekend) regimen reduce parents’ TSW attributions in toddlers?
• Does pointing parents to an evidence-based resource such as Eczema Care Online at the first prescription reduce forum-driven steroid avoidance and home-remedy delay in 1–4 year olds?
• What proportion of parents of toddlers try a remedy suggested on a forum before seeing a clinician, and does that delay predict skin infection or later food allergy?
