Eczema Prognosis — open questions

• Can a toddler’s trajectory class (early-resolving vs early-onset-persistent) be predicted at age 1–2 from severity, FLG status, sensitisation and family history well enough to guide parents?
• Does consistent early control of toddler eczema (TCS/emollients, proactive therapy) shorten disease duration or reduce later asthma/rhinitis — is there any RCT with long-term follow-up in under-5s?
• How often does eczema that “clears” by school age recur in adolescence or adulthood (relapse vs new adult-onset disease)?
