Severity scores & atopic march — open questions

• Does early, aggressive control of toddler eczema (e.g. proactive topical steroids from infancy) reduce later asthma or allergic rhinitis, rather than only food sensitisation? No RCT in the saved sources shows this.
• What are validated EASI/SCORAD severity bands for children aged 1–4? Chopra 2017 strata were derived in adolescents/adults; Leshem 2015 included children but did not report toddler-specific bands.
• Is there a validated itch-intensity or sleep measure for toddlers to add to POEM, given HOME’s peak-itch NRS-11 applies only to adults/older children?
