• Has any study measured TOPICOP specifically in parents of 1–4-year-olds, and does a brief clinic intervention (e.g. structured education, written FTU plan) lower scores and improve outcomes in that age group?
• What is the minimum TCS exposure (potency × duration × site) associated with TSW in under-5s? MHRA (2 months) and Ahuja & Lio (≥3 months) differ; no prospective paediatric data found.
• Does the American Academy of Dermatology or US FDA have any TSW-specific statement or label change? None found in round 3 searches.
• What proportion of parents who stop TCS out of fear move to unregulated/adulterated “natural” creams vs licensed emollients only?
