IDA Ireland

IDA Ireland (Industrial Development Authority) is the Irish government agency responsible for attracting and developing foreign direct investment into Ireland. IDA-supported companies — which include Google, Meta, Microsoft, and many other multinationals with Irish operations — may waive the 50% EEA staffing rule that normally applies to Ireland Critical Skills Employment Permit sponsoring employers, allowing these companies to hire a majority of non-EEA workers on CSEPs.
