Provision ISR

Provision ISR is an Israeli security camera and CCTV manufacturer. In South Africa, its sole distribution partner (as of 2011) was HiTek Security Distributors, which was owned and operated by Tomer Elhadad and Nicolene Elhadad — the same founders who later built Xpressocafe (Pty) Ltd. The Provision ISR/HiTek business was the Elhadads’ first entrepreneurial venture, started from their home garage approximately 2008, and provided the operational and systems foundation that they later applied to the coffee franchise model.
