Kagiso Tiso Holdings

Kagiso Tiso Holdings (KTH) is a South African black-owned investment holding company that focuses on active participation in prominent investments with strong management teams. In 2015, KTH acquired 51% of Servest in a transaction that valued the Servest Group at approximately R4.5 billion, establishing it as Africa’s first majority black-owned facilities management company. KTH’s investment in Servest was partly driven by the competitive BBBEE advantage that majority black ownership would confer under the revised BEE codes effective 1 May 2015.
