Tsebo Solutions Group is a pan-African workplace management and facilities management company founded in 1971 in Johannesburg. Tsebo operates in 25 African countries offering facilities management, catering, cleaning, security, remote camps, hygiene, pest control, energy, and procurement services. The company holds a Level 1 BBBEE rating (achieved 2015) and is backed by a consortium of South African financial investors including Investec Bank, Nedbank Private Equity, Standard Chartered Bank, Ninety One and Khulasande Capital. Previous PE investors include Rockwood Private Equity and Ethos Private Equity. Tsebo owns Flick Services Group, making it the fourth major FM company with an embedded pest control business in South Africa alongside Bidvest Group (via Bidvest Steiner), Kagiso Tiso Holdings (via Servest), and Rentokil Initial plc (via Rentokil Initial South Africa).
