National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000 (GNR.225)
The National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000 (GNR.225 of 17 March 2000) implement the National Road Traffic Act. They contain the detailed numeric rules tested in the learner’s licence: general speed limits (Reg 292) and class-specific limits (Reg 293), passing/overtaking (Reg 298), right of way at junctions (Reg 301), stopping (Reg 304) and parking (Reg 305), driving and hand signals (Reg 300, 324–328), seatbelts (Reg 213), and lamps (Reg 109/158).
