Riello UPS Warranty Terms
Q: What is the warranty time on a Riello UPS?
A: Riello UPS systems distributed by Standby Systems carry a full parts-and-labour replacement warranty:
- Single-phase Riello UPS up to 3 kVA — including Sentinel Pro, Sentinel Rack, and Sentinel Dual at low power: 24-month ex-works warranty, optionally extendable to 36 months at time of purchase.
- Single-phase Sentinel Dual / SDU and Sentinel Tower / STW — 12-month warranty, optionally extendable to 5 years at time of purchase.
- Three-phase Riello UPS — including Sentryum, MST, NXE, MPT (Master MPS), MHT (Master HP), and MHE (Master HE): 12-month warranty, optionally extendable to 5 years at time of purchase.
On-site warranties for units installed outside South Africa may be subject to additional conditions in the Standby Systems quotation. All warranties require preventative maintenance per the manufacturer’s specifications, contracted to Standby Systems as the authorised service provider; PM is chargeable, separate from equipment sale pricing.
