Jackass Roastery

Jackass Roastery is a coffee roastery established by Xpressocafe (Pty) Ltd founders Nicolene Elhadad and Tomer Elhadad “several years ago” (per BusinessTech, March 2026) to meet rising consumer demand and supply the Xpresso Café store network. It represents the vertical integration of the coffee supply chain — bringing bean roasting in-house to reduce cost exposure and improve quality consistency across 80+ stores.
